Service to which the information relates:
Online store at https://mejbe.com, enabling online purchases of goods and digital content or digital services (hereinafter "Online Store").
Service Provider:
Winbe Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at: Obrońców Helu 3/LU1, 02-495 Warsaw.
Assessment of the service accessibility status:
We make every effort to ensure that our Online Store website complies with the requirements of the Act of 26 April 2024 on ensuring compliance with accessibility requirements for certain products and services by economic operators.
For this purpose, the following have been implemented in particular:
- Ability to operate Store functions and make purchases via keyboard;
- Compatibility of the Store with assistive tools (e.g. screen reader);
- Legible fonts and the ability to enlarge text without loss of content and functionality;
- Appropriate spacing between letters, lines and paragraphs;
- Text descriptions for relevant non-text content (excluding decorative elements that are not essential for using the Store);
- Logical and clear header structure.
Multimedia:
Relevant multimedia files in the Store have text descriptions (so-called alternative text), transcription and (where required) audio description.
Elements of the Online Store not fully adapted to accessibility requirements:
- The Service Provider does not ensure compliance with accessibility requirements regarding content that may appear in the Online Store but is not financed or created by the Service Provider and is not under its control. This may apply in particular to maps provided by third parties (postal operators, courier companies) used to select a collection point for the shipment of an order, and interfaces provided by payment service providers.

Any comments regarding the accessibility of the Online Store, including complaints regarding the lack of full accessibility of the Store, can be reported:
