Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Remember, however, that if you have used the goods in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning – as you would be able to do in a physical store – we may reduce the refund amount accordingly by the value by which the value of the goods has decreased.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, physically received the purchased goods.
We consider registering the return on our returns page to be an unambiguous statement, and we recommend this form.

The Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in cases specified in detail in Art. 38 sec. 1 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
Refund
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund the amount paid for the goods and the cost of the cheapest available delivery method offered by our store. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, the difference in costs is not refundable.
The refund will be made immediately, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the statement of withdrawal from the contract.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until evidence of their return has been provided – depending on which event occurs first. If you choose to return via our returns page, we will receive information about the shipment automatically.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as was used in the original transaction, unless you agree to a different solution.
The Buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the returned products resulting from using them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
Product return
Returned items should be sent back or delivered to our store immediately, no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the item is sent back before this period expires.
The direct cost of returning the goods to our store is borne by the person making the return.
