Buy now, pay up to 30 days later – at no extra cost. - Instalments - broker ComfinoPay - check instalments for consumers and businesses
0% instalments for consumers and flexible financing for businesses. We add handling and transport costs to the purchase amount depending on the order size. - Cash on delivery
Option to pay upon receipt of the shipment – by cash, card or BLIK (depending on the carrier). We add a collection fee to the purchase amount depending on the order size. - Payment upon personal collection
At the collection point, it is possible to pay by cash or card.
LEAD TIMES AND SHIPPING
Orders placed by 12:00 PM are usually shipped the same working day. The standard order processing time is up to 1 working day, unless another availability date is specified for the product.
In individual cases, shipping may be moved to the next working day – this applies, among others, to delays in parcel collection by the courier company, high volume of shipments or orders requiring additional preparation.
DELIVERY COSTS
The shop covers standard shipping costs in accordance with the carriers' price lists. Example rates for domestic orders:
- InPost Courier – 14,99 PLN
- DPD Courier – 16,99 PLN
- UPS Courier – 17,99 PLN
- DHL Courier – 17,99 PLN
- InPost Parcel Lockers – 12,99 PLN
- Pallets (Geodis / Geis) – from 149,00 PLN depending on weight and dimensions

DELIVERY WITHIN POLAND
We deliver throughout the Republic of Poland. Courier shipments are usually delivered within 1–2 working days from dispatch, while pallet shipments within 1–3 working days.
SHIPPING ABROAD
We also process international shipments. The cost of delivery depends on the country, dimensions and carrier. For international shipments, the cost is shown in the basket or determined individually with the customer.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In case of delivery problems (e.g. no possibility of contact by the courier, absence of the recipient, wrong address), the completion date may be extended. In every such situation, we help clarify the matter with the carrier.
